General Return Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Mandatory: You must record an unboxing/opening video of the product clearly showing the package being opened.

  • Returns are applicable only in case of defective or damaged items received.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • If approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions.

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Bags Return & Replacement Policy

For all bag products:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof.

  • Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Resolution:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected:

    • A replacement will be issued if the issue is verified.

    • In cases where replacement is not possible, a refund may be processed.

     


Jewelry Return & Replacement Policy

For jewelry items:

  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

  • Only replacements are possible in case of damage or defect.

  • You must notify us within 1 day of receiving the product and ship the damaged item back to us for verification.

  • Once the product is inspected and approved, a replacement will be processed.

  • There is no warranty on any jewelry products. However, our pieces are designed to be durable under normal usage.

Jewelry Care Tips

To maintain the shine and longevity of your jewelry:

  • If it comes in contact with water or sweat, gently wipe it with a soft cloth.

  • Store the jewelry in the original packaging provided by us to protect it from moisture and scratches.

  • Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or sprays directly on the jewelry.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.


Refunds (for Eligible Non-Jewelry Items)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
